I use Castrol taf-X in the Gearbox and Sintrax in the Diff. If you search through the previous threads you will find this question as been asked before. You can then see what other owners have used.

As for servicing parts ABP who advertise in Wastegate Chatter have a price list for parts and labour. Iam not sure if they have a web site yet.
