Here is alot more information from my own web site ;)

Click on the 'Major Equipment' section for a detailed breakdown of what is fitted to the GSR/RS models. This applies to the Evo V however it is very similair to the IV RS.

Hi Spiky, I've had a few cossies in my time and I've got an evo 4 at the moment. You'll love the Evo mate, they turn in like no other, with the right mods they nip along quite nicely too.

To be honest though I think the later cars are regarded as having stronger engines than the 4. I have an evo 6 engine in mine, there are a few around with this conversion. With the 6 engine a few mods such as uprated big end bolts, uprated fuel pump and fpr, induction, exhaust and PE ECU will allow you to use an AVCR to run the car up to 1.6bar!, mine can take this (and I have the mods), but I'm only running 1.35 and it flies along nicely.

Stalker pmsl   It's ok giving the cars abuse as they're quite solid, it's the sheep that you abuse that im worried about     Sorry, back to the serious topic at hand.

basically i dont want a car when i get in it, have to think about breaking.

i gte in my cossie and if a race or whatever appear, i just go and not think about it.

i would not be able to do that in 4wd escort as the gearbox weak link would always be in my mind.

if they are STRONG STRONG... i'll be getting one.

i'm gonna test drive one friday to see if i like how they drive ansd handle :)

The clutches don't like hard launches and are generally kaputt after about 2 or 3 so if you're into drag racing it then you'll need an uprated version.

Make sure you check the front diff/transfer box as these can be quite pricey if you get a bad un'. Just ask AJ :D:D:D

P.S. AJ, have you found anyone to fit your new box yet? Send me a PM
