Chassis Code

Hi Im wondering if anyone can help me out. Id like to know what the chassis code is for the EX2000 and/or any EX Lancer turbo/non turbo. im looking at importing an 1.8 ex lancer turbo from japan and i need to see if it complies with the regulations over here.

Mine is JMAA176AABU400065, I think.

As far as I know the chassis serial number contains the following chassis codes:

1.2 = A171A
1.4 = A172A
1.6 = A174A
1.8 GSR turbo = A175A
2.0 EX2000 turbo = A176A

Trouble is, according to my V5, I should have number 251

Strathclyde Police are currently checking this for me.
