For anybody who is interested I've organised a visit to Ginetta Cars at their modern 75,000 sq ft facility in Garforth, Leeds, where they make their impressive range of sports and race cars.
They have everything under this one roof, from the design offices and onto the car production line, through the machine, engine and chassis workshops, into the Ginetta stores and finally out onto the road and track.

Mike Simpson, the head of sales at Ginetta, has offered to start us off with a gathering in the boardroom, to give an overview of the history of the company and the products, leading on to a tour of the production facility. In all this should take a good hour or so.

The date is Wednesday 15th February with a start time of 6:30pm

The place is Ginetta, Helios 47,Isabella Rd, Leeds, LS25 2DY

We will have to limit numbers, to a maximum of 30 visitors for the moment so please post up if you are able to come along :smthumbup
