Does someone know what kind of pads the WRC guys use in there 8 pot calipers

I don't know because they don't run a WRC yet!
Co-ordsport list Ferodo DS3000 pads for the Grp A Calipers.

They do run WRC (it's only still called a Gr. A car) and Coordsport won't be stocking their parts. Maybe brake pads though...

I saw the Evo rally cars being serviced at Catalunya earlier this year, the calipers were huge water cooled jobbies!
The pads were 4 seperate pairs, a pair for each pot on the caliper I presume? So I would guess that they are totally inapropriate for road use.

they have DS3000 and PFC 97 available for the 8 pot water cooled caliper. As YOU know, Ferodo DS 3000 is perfectly adapted to road use. Available disc sizes include a very thick 378mm cross drilled disc. Might take a few pressures on the brake pedal to get them into working temp though...
