has anybody got a workshop manual for a 86/D reg narrow body starion.Any help would be much appreciated.

Yep - I've got a 1986 Starion Workshop manual. What do you need to know???

I need to know everything on engine and gearbox strip down and rebuild.So any chance you want to sell your manual.If not,valve clearences,timing marks[for belt change],ignition timing,and engine spec, such as oil type,amount etc.Thanks ;nipper;.
