·Hi,
Put my car through the NCT (National Car Test) yesterday. Car sailed through emissions (0.6vol% CO and 175ppm HC) which suprised me as i sent it in with the Blitz filter and BOVhttp://www.ltregister.f9.co.uk/graphics/happy1.gif border|EQU| 0 align|EQU| absmiddle >. The Competition suspension passed no problems apart from rattling the guys fillings out when it was put on the vibrating pads[img]http://www.ltregister.f9.co.uk/graphics/biggrin1.gif border|EQU| 0 align|EQU| absmiddle >. Brakes perfect although they where road tested rather than rolling road as they only have 2WD rollers!. But guess what!, they failed my car on a poxy worn front wishbone bushing!![img]http://www.ltregister.f9.co.uk/graphics/sad1.gif border|EQU| 0 align|EQU| absmiddle >.
Anyone have an idea of how much these cost taking into account that i will replace the 4 bushing on the front wishbones. Also would i be better off replacing these with Proflex items to compliment my suspension, that's if the can be got for the 1800 GSR which i'm sure shares the same bushings with the EvoI-III?.
Regards,
