The image resizer is one of the XP Power toys... http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

The other one I use from time to time is the HTML Slide Show Wizard, ideal for quickly putting batches of digital pictures on the web.

Are you on a PC at work by any chance? sounds like your admin's have been locking down your internet access somewhat? If not, sounds like your browser settings have got a bit shagged (techie phrase ) somewhere!

yip my work pc. but i am the boss so i definately havnt ltd my access to porn or whatever! on another forum when i click on a post it keeps taking me to the last page for some reason? what can i change on my browser?
