hi

only had the evo for a couple of days and have noticed that it has a terrible wind noise coming in from around the tops of the front door frames. i just wondered if this was a common problem as have seen a few with wind deflectors on (which i dont really like)

Wind deflectors

My 7 had these things fitted when i bought it a few weeks ago,
I have taken them off and it didnt make a slight bit of difference ,
Made it look better without them tho.

There is no wind noise on my car from the doors.

What car have you got mate?

Wind noise is usually caused when the seals around the door wear out and lose there flexabilty to seal itself around the door.

Could try adjusting the existing one's to loosen them up a little.

I get a bit of noise, but only once the car is going over about 120, I thought that was fairly acceptible! I have the wind deflector things!
