Will a Garrett GT3071R -86 be good for an E5? (was: Might sound daft)

How do peolpe think this turbo would be on an e5?

the normal 3071 is a FANTASTIC turbo, but unless you've got uprated rods/pistons it would be complete overkill :)

thats definatly next on the list not really wanting to go higher due to tranny issues etc, what dose it spool at really i want a turbo that has same bhp as the td05 but much quicker spool....was thinking maybe a ball bearing td05 but i dont beleive this increases spool
