Hi guys I’ve got the orginal spoiler of my evo 8 MR I was wondering if the carbon can be repaired on this to me it looks like it’s been rubbed down abit to much if anyone can sort this let me know thanks.

They are easy enough too do it on you own there is 3 layers before you go through too the carbon fibre just keep rubbing it down till you get to the 3rd layer you can tell when you are there the black ends are also carbon fibre aswell I rubbed my down and relaqured it my self looks so much batter the whole spoiler carbon fibre

sadly when i purchased my evo, the spoiler blade was to far gone so i had it resprayed gloss black. Next year my plan is to get the blade wrapped so at least the carbon effect will be visible.

Did mine about 10 years ago and its still going strong Easy to do.

I rubbed it down as mentioned but just took it to a body shop for them to lacquer it properly and it's been great the last 6-7 years
