Which coolant

Which coolant should I be putting in my 4's cooling system, I meen can I just pop into Halfords and buy some..... recommendations...

Basically look 4 a high quality pure ethylene glycol based coolant that meets or exceeds BS6580 , 1992 . Ensure the container states no phosphates or nitrates

Change it every two years or every year if u do lots of trackdays.
