Hello and welcome, there are loads that you can do to a 260 and Turbo is quite a way down this list as you can get about 380bhp from yours.
Most people go Airfilter - Exhaust - Decat - Fuel pump - Remap and that could give you about 350bhp.
As regards to warranty some say that only parts directly affected by the mods won't be covered but warranty is a grey area some dealers are OK other aren't
