Wheel Bearings

It looks like i may have a dodgy wheel bearing

I recently bought an Evo 4 and have got a very faint rumble when turning right. Can anyone tell me if this is common on Evo's and anybody got any idea how much to repair it!!

could be AYC, needs fluid change!!

Thanks for the reply Tony. The car is due an AYC fluid change in 500 miles but if the fluid was going off would it not make the rumbling noise when turning both ways?

I had this problem when I first had my E4 and the rumble only happened when I turned right,maybe because I live in Milton Keynes with all the roundabouts? So it could be what you have as well.

My old 4 had this problem with only a few thousand miles on it. Had the bearing changed and all was ok for the next 50,000.
