what air filter is good ?

Hi all, i want to get a new air filter for my 7 but dont no what 1 to go for ? what 1's are good ? Thanks.

apexi is best imo,stay away from the hks ones as tests have shown there filtering qualitys to be rubbish,but then again you cant expect much from a peice of sponge:blah:
