Selling the car at the mo and getting all the usual calls from companies who say they can sell your car straight away... for a registration fee of £80 etc etc, but has anyone tried one of these companies?
Are there good ones and bad ones? Or are they all shite?

Put it this way, if somebody wants to buy a car, they don't go to a company and pay them to find it, they buy a copy of the autotrader.

Tell them to poke off.

I'm selling mine on Autotrader and I had a call from this sort of company only this morning - the sellers guidelines on Autotrader tell you to steer clear.

Yeah, thats what i thought. Last bloke that phoned up had such a good sales pitch he deserved an oscar. Was almost tempted!

I normally say "sell my car first and i'll gladly pay you a fee". They never have much of a reply to that!

Last time I had a call like that I told him I had someone at the door, could he hang on a second.

15 minutes later I went back to the phone and he'd hung up. No idea why

Had my (now gone ) golf vr6 in the trader last month... you would not BELIEVE the amount of calls you get from these f**king companies :frust:

Im talking every day, quite often repeat calls from the same company.

Advice to anyone is.....

PUT "NO CANVASERS" ON THE ADVERT, FOR YOU OWN SANITY!!
