[Jamaican Evo V]

Does anyone know of a website or anywhere where I can enter a chassis number of an Evo VII and find out what the original specifications of the car was? The chap who is selling the car know very little about it (the car is in the Cayman Islands) but claims it was originally brought in from the UK by its previous owner and was a special model.
