I'm in the USA and I want an EVO. My sources tell me in February they are coming. Who knows???

Andy,

I should think you do want an EVO judging by that pic! ;)

No idea, sorry. There is something on lancerforums about it's imminent arrival, I think!

ow, that hurt.

Local dealer in Seattle says Sept. 2002.
I've got plenty of time to save!

oh and one more thing, don't you realize my car is basically the same as the EVO?

Pondy,
Fancy insulting our American cousins! http://www.lancerregister.com/graphics/tongue1.gif border|EQU| 0 align|EQU| absmiddle >

Andy,
DSM Eagle Talon right?
2 litre turbo AWD, 210bhp (basically the same engine as the early Evo/GSR), quite a nice motor and believe me for someone who hates American cars like myself (but not American engines ;)) then that is a great compliment :)
Sorry no idea about when the Evo will hit your shores but when it comes to Mitsubishi always add 6 months on to their official release date [img]http://www.lancerregister.com/graphics/embarassed1.gif border|EQU| 0 align|EQU| absmiddle >

I knew I would open a can of worms if I wrote that. Sounds like I'm really ####ing people off, now.
Sorry about that.
Siko tells me I am going to burn in hell for that horrible comment, but before that horrific day, can someone tell me the major differences and please don' t say you stupid bloke, its got 100HP more!
