Yes yes and yes. :D

If you wanna go mad.. strip the entire shell and get some extra welds (i believe its called seem welding/spot welding) for more rigidity/stiffness, then you may want to consider a full set of Bushes, all the braces you can (both upper and lower) a decent set of adjustable ARB's and a cage and your nearly there. Oh and dont forget the tyres as they are very important too. ;) You may want to strip everything and watch the weight also so you can carry more speed through and out of the corners. Then i guess its onto the next thing. :D brakes and power. :)

Like Scrappy says, bushes, braces and anti-roll bars all help.

Don't bother with engine mount bushes but do all the suspension bushes. Do all the braces (ie front upper, 2 x front lower, rear upper). ARB's at both ends, preferably one of them adjustable.

Then get your geometry sorted...

Might be a silly question...

How can an anti roll bar be adjustable?

I understand changing it for a stiffer one but I can't quite get what / how it adjusts?

there are normally three fixing holes on the end of the bar giving 3 positions of stiffness , mounting it furthest away gives a less of an effect
...and that's what my Cusco rear ARB has :)
