Before I tackle this project I got some questions.

After my recent run at the Ring Ive decided to flush my brake fluid. I figured since my calipers need to be re-lacquered I am going to just take the calipers off and let the fluid gravity bleed while I clean and paint the calipers.

Are there any suggestions to me before I do this to make it go smoothly? Do need to pull the pistons out and everything before I paint them? I should have no problems letting the fluid just gravity bleed right? Also I heard that in some cases it isnt good for the clutch to pump the brakes once Ive re-filled the fluid. Is this true and if it is what is the best way to re-fill the brake fluid.

Any comments would be greatly appriciated Thanks. Ron
