I got a NIP back in december stating the usual, for doing 42 (!!!!)
on a dual carriageway which bizarrely had a 30mph limit
after pleading uncertainty of identification of driver on the said day
, i was furnished with 2 pics of the Evo shortly after but luckily the tints didnt show who the driver was. after being advised it'd probably b a conditional offer of 3 points and a £60 i just decided to plead guilty. the conditional offer duly arrived and off went my licence and cheque.
2 days back its all returned to me saying i was too late for the conditional offer. B ollox i thought, its going to court
and then another letter came through this morning saying the conditional offer had been withdrawn since a processing error had meant it had been offered outside of the statutory limit and thus case withdrawn. WOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! :coolsm: :coolsm:
