Just been outside to check my tyre pressures on my 6 and they are all on the low side (front 24.5 psi, rear 22.5 psi) it is still freezing outside and the car hasn't been out for a few days. My question is when is the best time to take some pressure readings? Cold or after a run?

Recently the car has started to oversteer slightly when pushing the car hard into corners even when keeping the throttle stable. I'd prefer the car to be more neutral (as it was). My car has adjustable dampers all round which are normally run on a medium setting (gives a slightly softer ride than standard suspension). Does anyone know whether it is softening or stiffening the rear end of the car that will help reduce the oversteer? I'll be taking the car in for another complete geometry set-up in the new year.

Thanks

Dave

Adjust tyre pressures when cold, check on a very regular basis, Soften front to reduce Understeer, or stiffen back which will also help induce oversteer.
