Right! Can anyone reccommend a good tyre fitter in the East Anglia area please? My main concern is that they don't bugger up my nice white TME wheels when they yank the old tyres off and also that they will have the equipment and amp; experience to check-out the geometry of my car afterwards.

I would take it to my local dealers in town if good workmanship and alignment wasn't a priority - but it is!

A while ago I dealt with a Company in Cambridge called 'Cambridge Performance Tyres' via mail order (bought some alloys for my old MX-5) and they offered an excellent service but I havn't actually visited their premises to see for myself what sort of an outfit they are. Anyone any experience of them or can recommend an alternative?

Thanks.

Hi Cookie

Where are you located as I know a good guy in Colchester. Small but good. He also does all the tyres for Dragon so at least one tuner uses him. He does my wheels and I have to get my slicks rebalanced after every event so that can't be that bad.

Hi Thorak

I'm in Great Yarmouth so Colchester is fine - about 80 miles for me (any excuse for a drive :) )
Can you give me his details please - either on here or via email?

Alos, will he check/adjust the geometry on the car or would I need to go elsewhere for that?

Cheers.

Hi Cookie

The place is called andersons tyres.

http://www.andersonstyres.co.uk

Don't be put off by the dinky premises, Mick the owner is a avid track dayer and participates in sprint competitions.

He also balances tryes dynamicly I.e sticks the weights on the inside and the out side of the rim.
Well it works for me :)

I think he will do geomety but I always let Dragon deal with mine. Well i am their developement car so I usually get loads done for free.

Sorry If I am begining to sound like advert

Dragon can be found on o1206 865444

Hope this helps
