Turbo exhaust outlet... glowing red hot! (I am obviously a newbie!)

I have just bought my first EVO (VI GSR - Ralliart Stage 1) and have noticed that when it drive it kinda hard the turbo exhuast outlet glows red hot... I am not sure whether it should do this so easily. I had an impreza before this and it didnt seem too. I am a bit worried. Does this happen on your motors? I am wondering whether I should get my exhaust temperature checked. Any ideas?

Whats up dont you like red anyway how do you know its "red hot"did you touch it?. :flame:
