Just got back from Well Lane Turbo Centre, I have been to have my 260 dyno'd on the rolling road they have there.

My mods include:
Ralliart '260' ECU
HKS Exhaust
De-Cat
HKS Super Flow Induction
HKS Super Sequential Blow Off Valve
Conrod Bolts

Its running 1.4bar of boost at the momment, I am looking for 350bhp or there-abouts with the car, I might take the boost up to 1.5 but what sort of gains am I going to get by increaseing it that percentage, I have estimated 10-15bhp?. What else can anyone suggest doing to get to the magic number, With spending as little as possible.

The ECU is packaged as a 260 Tuning Kit, It comes with a Down Pipe aswell, The part number for the kit is: RA156 169S1. It should be available to order via any Mitsi/Ralliart dealer, Mine in particular came from Coordsport.

Not sure how difficult it is to fit, As I had it done at the same time as my service via my local dealer. The ECU/Down Pipe comes in at £800 + VAT, And the Down Pipe is completely de-catted. I am not sure if the keys need to be coded to the ECU, I doubt that it does but as I said, The dealer did mine so I am un-aware.
