Would you believe I can't find it in the 4/5 or 6 Workshop or Technical Manuals?
It is in my Japanese E6 Owners Manual but I wanted to confirm it in english!
Anyway here is a rough translation (very rough because I'm only going by the pictures and a figure they quote!)
Nip all the nuts on making sure they are seated correctly then torque the nuts opposite each other to 9~11kgf.m or 88~108Nm work around to the rest of the nuts doing the opposite each time to the specified torque.
Don't forget to retorque after 100 miles.
