Read autosport and they said that Tommi Makinen is leaving for Citroen or Subaru next season and Burns is going to sign with Peugeot.
Maybe Makinen wants to try out the short wheel base cars.
If he leaves for Subaru, there is bound to be an Impreza Makinen edition.

even though the spin on this is very much the fact that Tommi wants to drive for all teams before he retires, I can see the bashing the scoobie community will give us should he move to Subaru!

Anyway, its early days yet, lets hope he goes to Citroen if he does move
