Why do the tail external wastgates have 2 vacuum pipe connectors on them?, were as a normal wastgate actuator only has one??

So are you supposed to feed boost to both connectors on the wastgate ?? But there is a vent, is that to atmosphere?

Has anyone got installation pictures?

I have a blitz boost controller if thats any help.
