exactly what was good about their service,in 20 years of buying and running performance cars i have never experienced such **** service from the sales force.They would not return phone calls when i enquired about p/x a uk vr4 against an evo 6(which was overpriced but i figured a good p/x would be allowed)Then 2 weeks later i phoned to say i had sold car and what would they do for a cash trade sale on their car,again i was promised a phone call back by a smooth talking muppet that was obviously talking ******** as i have still had no phone call back.Thats customer service and they really want to sell cars don,t they.
sorrty to disagree with you but when you are charginh through the nose for something or not sales should be impeccable

i agree thats bad service m8, i have had a few un-returned phone calls, but they got back to me in the end. both me and my dad bought evos from xtreme and were well looked after.
sorry to hear yours was an all round bad experience.

Second that Steven. Tried to sell me an overpriced extreme which wasn't even ready with an MOT(eh?). Eventually got down after a week of being fobbed off and ringing them not ringing me! We had agreed a part-ex on my Evo6. Got there and some muppet of a salesmen called 'ben'(hes been mentioned a few times as the most incompetent and bad attitude) takes my car and tells me it will have an hour inspection. WTF? Its a part-ex.

They then came back and told me the deal was off yet they had even made me sign the Extreme's reg certificate for tax disc????. Apprently my Evo6 had a few niggles and sketchy history(independent service not main dealer). Wasn't too pleased as they'd messed me around bigtime. Ben then told me to leave the premises. Great customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Told later that that extreme had been thrashed to **** so it was a lucky escape for me. I liken extreme to a car credit place. **** all atmosphere just salesmen who know **** all about Evos trying to get a deal.
