Hi I have a 1996 EVO 4 I have imported from japan myself, I am just filling in the SVA form and I have run into a few problems,
What is the vehicle class?? P for Personal import or R(ESVA) as it is a 1996 I thought u only needed a SVA and not a ESVA but there is no option for SVA just this one.
Design Weights what are the axle weights for Axle 1, Axle 2, Axle 3 (??? not that I have one) Gross weight and Train weight.
And what is the Maximum Road Speed (112 mph??)

Hi guys,

SVA is now called the ESVA.

In terms of axel weight, you dont have to fill it out. I rang up DVLA and spoke to ESVA examiner, he told me all i have to fill.

Sorry, havent got a copy of the form.

Max speed is 112mph

Hi mate all back to standard.
MOT today.
Phoned the Test center myself and was told the same so its in the post.
How long do they usually take to get back to you with a date or does it vary according to Test Center.

Max rpm to power is 6000 for a 4 and I think 6500 for a 5 upwards.

Just had a phone call from the VOSA, Dont forget to put the Jap copy of the De Reg document in (not the english copy like I did) A photocopy is best so you keep the original.
