Hey all, well i'm into a week of ownership and the bloody clutch seems to be slipping when i put my foot down in 3rd and above!:( Not a good sign after having the car a week. It's fine untill i put my footdown too fast and it slips for a second or two. Is it on its way out or can i adjust something?!?!?! (clueless i know) http://www.lancerregister.com/graphics/tongue1.gif border|EQU| 0 align|EQU| absmiddle >

If it means a new clutch what am i looking at price wise? Average?

:(

The flywheel turns blue with the heat from the slipping clutch, you can't really tell until its apart if you need one or not but the longer you drive a slipping clutch the worse it will be. price approx 1K for the whole lot fitted.
make sure you phone around for prices.
