Stone Chipping

I own a Lancer GS3. Less than 2 years old. The paint work is shoddy and my black car looks grey.

Has anyone any ideas how to get the dealership to respray the damage?

Stone chips normally come under wear and tear

i doubt they would as its not a fault from factory etc, if you manage to find out if they will repair it, let me know as the arches on my x are far from factory condition

who washes the car and how ?
