Stereo plug pins

Can anyone help me with the pin out descriptions for the standard stereo plug? I'm putting in an Alpine unit and need to make up an adapter plug.

Converter sockets r available in the UK , wud presume that yr local ICE dealer cud supply 1 . Saves cutting up the factory loom.
