Has anyone got an FSE Power Boost Valve fitted to their Evo's ?

I have just fitted one and its making a noise like a chirping bird when I press the throttle down over 25%.
As the engine revs rise it gradually goes silent and all is normal.

ANYONE CARE TO COMMENT ??
