What is a breakfast run????

Meet up nice an early on a Sunday morning (say 7.40am)
and go for drive to the coast, using some of Kents finest
twisty country lanes , nice big slap up breakfast, and
then off for some more action, usually through Camber Sands
(awesome race-track-like deserted roads )
