Yes - totally agree. Let's all spend our hard earned money saving a 3rd rate company so they can carry on building 4th rate products for the 5th rate idiots who buy them. Who cares if they are British - it doesn't stop them from being cr4p and anyone who invests in a company, purely based on the fact they are homespun, need their heads testing.

Unfortunately MG Rover should have been dead and buried a long time ago, as in most other major manufacturing organisations that have went down over the years - you can thank the unions and their 'all or nothing' attitude.

I find it hard to justify giving my money away to companies who cannot remain economically viable on their own, unless I am buying their products.

I do not play the lottery, and I do not currently wish to buy any Rover products, so I shall have to decline this kind offer.

Reading answers to this thread you may think that MGROVERs are crap and the company a bunch of lay about workers but at the end of the day if it works you may make some money out of it, also i dont recall the mitsubishi range (EVOs accepted) being the best and most exiting vehicles on the road.
