skimming

hope some one can help me bin looking for some where in oxford that can skim brake disc and any help would be great thanx

thanx for the help. i never sit at the light on the brakes ta tho, will give that a go, but thats sort of how i drive any way, they are groved disc, is there a diff way of cleaning them? i mean like washing them may be? if the hard brakiing dont do it. thanx for the replys
