This is dew to a couple of people living near the circuit complaining about the noise. None of the councillors live near the circuit so they wouldn';t know what it is like.

I'm full of sympathy because 'Combe is a cracking track, but an online petition, especially one written by a retard, is not going to do a damn thing I'm afraid.
