Assuming that the model you've selected on the site above is correct (and that you potentially used the VIN number to determine that) then you should be okay. Amayama shows the same part numbers at least:

I've got a full new set front and rear waiting for me to put them on my Evo X so he's not alone - I'd say the rears are probably the most worth replacing though just to keep the water/crud out of the brake drum.

I know it's difficult to say based on the condition of the ones I've just taken off my 2009 Evo X this weekend, however the new ones with the code found via the above do match for me so I can't see why it would give the wrong value for the Lancer saloon if you use your registration/model. I just hope your car hasn't see as much salt as mine as I couldn't separate the handbrake cable so had to cut that too (I suspect the chances of getting the wheel speed sensor out of the hub to clean those up is probably zero too 😅).

 

Dave/Rali Part might be able to help you out, he had some sets of brake backing plates available recently.
