I hate to say this, and happy to be challenged on it, but I don't think that's a Genuine Ralliart gear knob. I've got a genuine item from Japan, and had it verified, and the font is quite different to yours.

Who told you it was genuine? Where did you get it from?

I'll add, it's very close to looking genuine, better than most i've seen, but it's still got some differences.

Yes it looks a copy to me too, the eBay copies are very close but the A’s and L’s should be more like the official ralliart logo on a genuine 1, ie shorter L lines and lower A lines like this 👍

I have an original first edition which were slightly more milky from Japan and was purchased from a well know guy on here (Japanese resident) he bought this new from the dealer see attached pictures. I bought 3 in total 1 black. The other white one is slightly whiter in colour but both weigh and feel the same
