Yes thats a full set including rings, the only thing i would say is the rings are a "file fit" which means once the block has been bored to suit.. you then have to carefully put rings in its associated bore 1 at a time and measure the end gap, then remove and file a little off ring ends until the specified gap is achieved when fitted back in bore.....this has to be done with 2 of the 3 rings per bore so 8 rings in all...its a little fiddly but the only way to get a proper seal. If unsure should be left to someone who knows the crack as getting it wrong can cause at best.. excessive oil consumption/poor compression or at worst breaking the rings and knackering pistons & bores etc.

I suppose the main benefit of fitting either E6/7 Pistons is that you wont need to rebore, which while not costly in itself does mean the engine has to be completley stripped, also the E7 pistons will take 1.5bar ok but then as Andy says the rods are a weak point.... all depends on what you can afford really, but remember it cheaper to do it all once and pay a little more than scrimp a few quid and have to do it all again in a few months
