looks like he's copied my car!
It does look like he has copied off you, very near time on the quarter aswell, i see you are getting a proper driver to drive your car this year in time attack, very good idea  :p :p :p
Looks like he has changed quit a few things manifold included.

You are correct about the barrel charge cooler, Si has made a few changes for 2007 with this being one of them.
We had some problems with parts not turning up in time to finish the install off which was a bit of a bummer  .
Wednesday we got as much done as possible with out the missing parts but the car had to be at the show on Wednesday night as Si had promised Andy & Rob it would be there so it couldn't be finished in time for the show. :(

funnyclub is also correct about the manifold, it's one of our own designs made for us which can be found on the web site ;) .

Made by Shearer I presume.
Its looks alot nicer than the previous one. ;)
Breams II had the barrel cooler setup. Ideal for sprints and track sessions if I remember right. Looks good. Whats the expected power etc after completion?

I can't remember the letters down the side

I'm sure Nige will be along in a mo to reply ;)
I have done some inlet temperature tests with one of these barrel coolers and was not impressed with the results. The design is also not very good with the water inlet and outlet on the same side.

Has Simon done any temp testing?

Getting temps down is one thing, making sure there is enough flow is just as important with these units to support the hp....I am sure simon has it under control ;)

I don't see why having the in and out on the same side should make any difference? The efficiency of this cooler depends on the baffles inside the housing.
I also doubt it is being water cooled ;)
