Folks,

In case anyone is interested, I poppeed into Hayward and Scott on Saturday. They are making me up a new exhaust.

New downpipe
Decat section
Backbox

Tested at 16BHP power gain

2.5 for the rest

I'll post feedback after I have it fitted on the 27th.

Cheers

Now that IS strange! I was quoted the same price but without a downpipe. Are you sure you are getting the downpipe because last I knew they werent developing one because the standard one was supposed to be good enough,

An update,

I had the exhasust fitted on Saturday.

3 downpipe collared down to 2.5 close to the where the CAT used to be.

2.5 for the rest of the length.

Sounds wonderful, nice and grunty and growly under acceleration, pretty quiet when cruising.

Nice punch on the acceleration, appears to start nice and low down the rev range.

I'm very happy.

cheers

The standard is 3.5

They can and do fit anything you want though.

My other 1/2s boxter pipe has a nice twin pair of pipes slash cut
and rolled in
