While driving on the motorway the other day (Hot Saturday actually) I noticed that the oil temp was hovering around 100 degrees on my oil temp guage. Normally it hovers around 80 -90 due to the Mines oil cooler fitted to my E4. After a prolonged burst of speed it went up to 110 degrees which got me thinking of how high the oil temperatures must reach under track conditions !.

I am thinking of adding another water spray nozzle directed at the oil cooler..... has anyone done it already ?
If so, what did you use ?

If someone has a tried and tested way of doing this then I won't have to experiment with all sorts of different nozzles etc.

Any takers ?
