As per the very long title, Mr Shead is fitting my Ohlins in the next week or so, ideally I would like the corner weights and alignment of all four wheels sorted soon after.

Any recommendations on where to go and idea of prices?

I'm based in Maidenhead, Berkshire but can travel.

Closest place would be Steve Hill Motorsport in Thame. About 30-40 minutes from Maidenhead.

They've got all the gear for corner weighting and alignment.

thats handy - and I recall hearing good things about Steve Hill. Do you have a ocntact number? Any idea as to cost?
