Where or who sells it?
Does Halfords or similar places as there aren't any performance tuning companies in the Isle of Wight!
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers

your best bet is probably to mail order it. I've tried Millers in the past seemed pretty good.
Try www.torqueic.co.uk they sell the Millers, price should be good to.
Hope this helps
P.S just a quick word of warning I have been told octane boosters can leave residue on spark plugs and in the engine/injection system. please dont flame me if this is wrong.

Sorry to change the subject

Steve,

Are you the dingy with the cossie powered MK2 Escort that used to frequent the RS Owners Club board?? If so, we used to chat on there, my old sign-on was Simon GTiR and I spoke to you a few times at Santa Pod.

Also on the 14th October, I met Craig there, he parked about 2 cars up from me (I had the Silver Evo 4 with white wheels)

Cheers

I'd like to find out if octane booster leaves a residue?? I might start using it but I'm not 100% sure.

Can anyone confirm?

IMHO if you want good octane booster it has to be NF, you can get it from the guys at NAM www.newagemotorsport.com

I have checked out quite a few and it removes det better than the others, 2nd place goes to Wynns 10|PLS|

Hope this helps

Pls sent some details of what you have...Curently I use Millers |PLS| SUL in my E7 but the ECU still senses det.
Optimax is not available near me so have not done this test/combination yet. I dont have a cat ( only change from standard).

Not sure what you need to know.

5ml's of NF takes SUL over 100 RON and increases the MON level.

1 bottle costs £13 (inc VAT plus P and amp;P) and will treat 5 tank's (usually, depending on size ;) )

We can do discount on large or trade order's

We are Based in Derby, and will be at Donington Park on the 3rd and 10th of November.

I have Mailed you a chart.

Simon, yeah i am the same, i did see you but you looked busy, impressive times btw.

I got a few peoples feathers ruffled from my post on scoobynet about the EVO 7 being slow, didn't mean to i was just disappointed in the performance.

Still got the MK II but its in bits going for the monte carlo arches, very soon ;)

Dingy,

Is the NF safe for catalytic exhausts (as mine is not decat yet :) )?

You say that 5 ml will increase SUL over 100 RON.

5 ml of NF with how many ml of SUL ?

Is there any info for the NF product in the web (or something that you could forward to me
perharps) ?

Best Regards,

Alex.

Oops sorry, 5mls per litre of SUL.

Mailed yer the chart, but this is for SUL @ 96 which is the australian RON Rating for SUL.

www.nitrousformula.co.uk

Its safe with CAT's too, although if the dog drinks it, it will more than likely be very ill ;)

Dingy,

Thanks for the information. Which of the NF products do you sell and what are their prices ?
(Green, black, yellow, red bottle ?)

I still didn't see anywhere in the products description saying that catalysts are safe !

Regards,

Alex.

I've used Millers Octance |PLS|( with 98Ron Super ) at the recommended level for use with a cat ( 0.5% by volume ?) for the last 3k miles and no problems with stickiness.
Get my stuff from Demon Tweeks mail order( bit expensive , but easy)

Am interested by this NF stuff tho

Dingy,

I mean no disrespect but I'd like to see that it is catalyst safe written in a product review or the
actual product advert before I buy any. That is my only concern before I buy ten bottles for a try.

PS I left a message to the newagemotorsport answering machine the other day but nobody called back.

Dingy,

I send the email with my phone number (a few days ago) in case you can contact me.
Any luck with the (catalyst safe) info about the NF products ?
