please could some one tell me the corect number plate size for the front of the e6 (dealer has put on square ones and they just dont look right)also is the back the same size as the front as i want a square rear one (jap spec)also is the guy that used to make them still on this board and if so how much for a set .
has anyone had a set of plates off him(i think hh6 did) are they ok?

The correct size (to cover the mounting plate) is 14 x 7 ins.

The rear one is normally 21 x 6, but if you require a smaller square one,
(I think) would be around 11 x 7.

I had a crappy square one on before I got my personal reg. They are the same size as the ones that go on the back of a 4x4 and look terrible.
Have a look at the Members Cars - E4-6 - Colin Bookers E6 (at the bottom) for my new one.
There is a picture of the front plate which I got from Ian. All also got a rear plate from him aswell. You can specify any size you like but make sure it is to the current regulations as the police/DVLA are cracking down on dodgey number plate lettering/size.
