I'm very VERY late in putting this thread up so I could do with an indication of numbers as soon as possible please. :smthumbup

A lot of you will already know about the event which is a charity fund raiser, organised by the Subaru clubs, that we gate crash so that there are some decent cars there

It's a flat rate of £8 minimum per car to get in to the display area
It is held in the grounds of Light water valley theme park LINK TO DIRECTIONS
Postcode for your sat nav is HG4 3HT.

In the past we've had over 50 cars attend, putting on a great show of :mitsi: strength! We've taken awards in the show and shine too (just to rub their noses in it! :lol

People are welcome from all areas and we usually organise convoys to suit.

There will probably be discounted entry into the theme park as per previous years, so bring the kids!

Bring your own food and bbqs - it's the easiest way :smthumbup

I,m going to have to see how it goes,my lasses having problems with her knee again on sick for two weeks,tramodolled up and been in bed three hours.
She had eight operations years ago on it,resulting in her kneecap removed and she's too young for replacement.
Will see what happens as how mobile she is,as I also have a two year old keeping me busy sorry guys but will not know till Sunday

Yes me and Chris ( Sider) are joint organisers for the region & attempt to satisfy all members from all parts of the region & try organise events for you all irrespective of wether we can/or decide to attend or not! :smthumbup

I would have taken someones place, but sadly my car is stuck in the garage needing a new strut, new kit arrived yesterday but they didn't have enough time to get it on,
Gutted is not the word!!

what time are we meeting sider before we go to the show and where ? or are we to make our own way there to the show and what time cheers .

I've to be there a bit early to sus out where the "Evo corner" is, so it may be best to make your own way there for 10:30 :smthumbup

If the Mrs is good enough to make it she can talk knees with my wife, it sounds like they are in the same boat, she is just off crutches after the latest op :smthumbup

Good to meet new peeps today, Its a shame only a few attended (5), unlucky Robbie:thumbdown you were never gonna win at a subaru event even though yours was the best there (by a long way), your team of polishers wern't bad either:mhihi::hammer: runner's up in the stand category (well done Mrs & Mr Chris), bar-b-q, the wizard certainly bought enough food to feed more "supposed supporters" however we were as elusive to see there as we are on the road:rockon: Mrs & Mr & baby Fox well done for getting there.:smthumbup

Sorry I didn't get to really speak to anyone but you and the rest of ripon my have heard my son crying for well over an hour.
My lass on her crutches couldn't do her normal running round so he was not at all pleased to be in his Pram.
By the time I,d had a burger,walked to the toilets,down to see ducks,went in for food in restaurant for bairn,went in every shop,went to see the birds display 2.00,headed back,detoured for him an Icecream,bought a ladybird windmill,toilets again,
Somehow I seemed to have missed getting around lol.
Some nice clean evos and couple scoobs there.
Or nearly forgot my lad did get into the little fire engine made his day cheers to those I did meet Stephen
