The air con motor on my car is making loads of noise! am i right in saying that you can just replace the end bit of the pump? just sounds like the bearings are knackerd.

Also i need new discs and pads! where shall i get them from?

yes...the bearings can be replaced
- might also be worth doing the seals at the same time
....due to the fact that your pump is not compatible with current gases should you want to get a re-charge (unless the seals have already been replaced)

My evo 2 runs on r134 and so did my 1 you can tell by the type of valves fitted to the pipes and it also says on the compressor that it is designed for r134.

that's useful info Carl....

- unfortunately was not the case in my own experience a few years ago..it was recommended that I change seals due to incompatibilty....hence me posting it above
