What I have also noticed is that at 5g there is also a sort of hop or a jerk so to speak.I checked all of my ecu maps and there seems to be nothing wrong with anything.I have been running 22psi for at least 5 months now and this is the first time I have ever experienced detonation. What I need to know is that if there is anyone who has ever encountered that problem and how was it rectified.

Check,
Fuel , plugs , oil in inlet pipe from engine breather , fuel pressure/pump , vacuum line to fuel pressure reg , cold start solenoid.

A rolling road check is the best way to sort it.

I have alrea1dy done a number of spot checks on my car but I have a suspicion that it may be because I received a bad load of fuel.My plugs and everything are ok because just yesterday I drove my car and I didn't experience det.I hope that's all it was because it's not a very nice thing to have your engine broken because of a bad load of fuel.
